RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key users and business owners to gather and document requirements. Facilitate business conceptualization using fit/gap analysis to summarize requirements effectively.
Functional Specification Design: Design and confirm functional specifications, including application flow, business logic, screen interfaces, reports, and data files.
Product Definition Participation: Contribute to software product definition by analyzing, prioritizing, and confirming end-to-end processes.
Impact Analysis & Implementation Planning: Conduct impact analysis and consolidate efforts to develop implementation plans. Coordinate effectively with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, Database, and Infrastructure teams regarding project scope.
Requirements Control & Review: Oversee requirements management, review technical specifications, and lead the preparation of training materials.
UAT & Training Execution: Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key users and lead end-user training sessions.
Post Go-live Support: Provide post-deployment support by analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum GPA: 2.75 for IT-related fields / 3.00 for other fields.
At least 1-2 years for Business Analyst.
Technical Background: Preferable background or familiarity with technologies such as Golang, Python, SQL, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of organizational business processes; experience in Education Technology, Finance, or Order Management is a distinct advantage.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Documentation: Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specification design.
Testing & Training: Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
