Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of various positions, teams, and leaders, including job responsibilities, work environment, and challenges to be addressed.
  • Recruit talent that meets the company’s quality standards and requirements, supporting the lead team in scaling up effectively.
  • Build a compelling employer brand to attract high-performing employees that align with the company’s culture and values.
  • Foster employee engagement and create an organizational culture that encourages long-term retention.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively promote the company’s strengths in public relations.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
