- Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively promote the company’s strengths in public relations.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
