Responsibilities

Focus on education product and provide support to develop and set up e-commerce strategy.
Lead online marketing operations following directions and strategies, along with manage e-commerce channels including item set up process, product category pages, product imagery, and relevant contents on organizational sites to ensure products for sales and support gross sales.
Manage and examine analysis and research for category performance, key trends, and target group to expand current online customer purchasing opportunities to support business operations.
Develop the project of platform tools and features such Live, AMS etc.
Develop social media Ads, Paid Search execution - Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting.
Build and manage customer base through compelling messaging and visual merchandising to support business gross sales.
Manage and assess feedbacks from customers to improve and enhance productivity of sales channel including websites and other digital media, and satisfy customers effectively.
Coordinate with relevant functions including marketing, product, IT and supply chain to ensure product delivery and category performance quickly and efficiently.
Monitor making summary report of e-commerce operations to improve online marketing performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce Platform Shopee or Lazada.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in social media Ads, Paid Search execution - Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting.
Strong project management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
